Chocxo Bean to Bar Chocolatier is the brainchild of Richard Foley, a third generation chocolate guy. Richard literally bleeds chocolate. For the past 30 years, Richard has immersed himself in the chocolate industry. From distribution to manufacturing, he's done it all.
Through his vast experience, his mission became clear—to share the absolute highest quality chocolate with the world.
In our chocolate factory in Irvine, CA, we start with fine flavor cacao beans from Central and South America, not bulk Forastero beans. We believe in the quality of the bean above all else. We process them using the latest technology and highest quality raw materials, resulting in a chocolate like no other.
Our production process extends to our sister factory, Chewters Chocolates, in Vancouver, B.C where we have extensive molding, wrapping and packing capabilities. We’re proud to have control of every step of our production process, allowing us to maintain the highest quality standards.
